With our connections to the North Pole, we've been able to arrange a postal service direct from the sorting office in Santa's workshop!
If you would like to receive a letter from Santa, you can use the form available from the Indoor Playbarn. Post it in our Christmas mailbox, and long as we receive your letter before the last posting date for Christmas (Monday 20th December), we will make sure Santa replies...
Joining in the celebrations this year will be our brand new resident reindeer: Roo and Tod! You can meet them at the animal barn near the Thinkery and ask them what it's like working for Father Christmas at this very busy time of year.

- Our amazing outdoor play equipment, animal enclosures and walkthroughs (all open until 4:15pm),
- The soft play in the indoor play barn (open until 6:30pm peak / 5:30pm off-peak)
- And even the brand-new Imaginarium, with its water play and creepy-crawly caves (open until 6pm peak / 5pm off-peak)
- Our festive winter lights, which turn on throughout Hobbledown's outdoor areas from 4:30pm until closing time!

Santa's Grotto

Of course, no Christmas would be complete without a visit to Santa! Get your voice in tune with a little festive singing instruction from the Hobbledown Elves, before you are taken to your exclusive Grotto experience...
- Prices is £40 per family (up to 5 people max), £36 for members
- Entry to the Park is not included. The Grotto is an add-on experience to day guests; you must book general admission tickets for the appropriate time slot in order to enter Hobbledown.
- Please note our COVID rebooking/ cancellation policy for Santa's Grotto: for any group wishing to cancel their booking on the day of their visit, no refund will be offered. However, if we are contacted about cancelling a day or more in advance, we will rebook you to another Santa's Grotto slot at 4pm on a day of your choosing, subject to availability. Only if there is no more availability on any date will a refund be offered. This refund is subject to proof of a positive Covid test.
